We Are Looking for Innovations With Exceptional Commercial Potential

Grabify is intended for Inventors who have already developed a genuine innovation that demonstrates meaningful potential for intellectual-property protection and exceptional commercial potential.

Identifying a problem, recognizing a market opportunity, describing a desired result, or proposing a general idea is not sufficient.

The Inventor must already have developed an identifiable principal approach explaining how the proposed innovation is intended to achieve its objective, together with sufficient substantive elements to provide a meaningful foundation for further investigation and development.

However, you do not need to arrive with a finished product, working prototype, completed engineering design, or patent application. Significant research, refinement, validation, technical development, and intellectual-property work may still be required, but you need to bring a sufficiently developed innovation that can be meaningfully documented and evaluated.

This is where Grabify's Enterprise-Secured AI, Patent Intelligence, Know-How & Resources, Professional Expertise, IP Protection, and Commercialization Capabilities are designed to create substantial commercial value.

Exceptional Commercial Potential Matters

For accepted Projects, Grabify invests its own resources and assumes the agreed financial risk of the transformation process.

To be eligible for the Grabify Innovation Program, an innovation must address a meaningful problem or opportunity and have the potential, if successfully developed and protected by intellectual-property rights, to create substantial commercial value.

Our evaluation may consider the significance of the problem or opportunity, potential markets and applications, possible competitive advantages, potential market disruption, intellectual-property potential, licensing and other commercialization opportunities, development requirements, risks, anticipated Project Costs, and the resources required to pursue the Project.

Given both the requirement that an innovation demonstrate meaningful potential for intellectual-property protection and exceptional commercial potential, and the level of investment and financial risk involved in pursuing each Project, Grabify is highly selective in accepting innovations into the Grabify Innovation Program.

Acceptance ultimately reflects both the innovation's exceptional commercial potential and Grabify's assessment of its prospects for further development, IP protection, and commercialization in relation to the investment, resources, and risks associated with pursuing the Project.

Innovations at Different Stages Are Welcome

Advanced Innovations

Innovations for which the Inventor has not only developed the principal approach but also a substantial and sufficiently comprehensive portion of the features, elements, processes, architecture, or other aspects through which the innovation is intended to operate.

Qualifying Early-Stage Innovations

Innovations that remain at an early stage,
which should already contain an
identifiable principal approach and sufficient substantive elements to provide a meaningful foundation for further investigation and development.

Both must demonstrate:

✓ Meaningful potential for intellectual-property protection

✓ Exceptional commercial potential

What Happens When Grabify Decides to Invest in an Innovation?

Following its evaluation, if Grabify decides to invest in an innovation, Grabify provides the Inventor with a Project Agreement. Upon execution by both parties, the Project Agreement establishes the parties' rights, responsibilities, economic arrangement, and applicable intellectual-property provisions and automatically constitutes acceptance of the innovation into Grabify's unique Innovation Program and the Inventor's participation in the Program.

At that point, a Grabify Project dedicated to your innovation is created.

You Do Not Need to Be an AI Expert

Once a Project is accepted, Grabify establishes the Project's Dedicated Knowledge Workspace within Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment and assigns a Grabify Project Manager, together with Project Specialist support.

Acceptance into the Grabify Innovation Program does not automatically provide the Inventor with direct access to the Project's Dedicated Knowledge Workspace.

Inventors who wish to participate directly in AI-assisted Project work may be granted access subject to appropriate AI proficiency, completion of any required training, applicable security and access-control requirements, and Grabify authorization.

Grabify may provide AI training and practical guidance to help an Inventor qualify for direct access.

Direct use by the Inventor of the AI capabilities available within the Project's Dedicated Knowledge Workspace is welcomed, subject to the Inventor's appropriate AI proficiency and completion of any required training, but is not required. Inventors who do not use the AI capabilities directly can participate in the Project through their Grabify Project Specialist.

The Human Inventor Remains at the Center

Grabify is built around human-originated innovation.

Advanced AI may play a substantial role in investigating, researching, analyzing, refining, validating, and documenting an innovation. Its purpose, however, is to help further develop the innovation and enhance its value—not to replace the human Inventor.

The innovation entering the Innovation Program must originate with the Inventor and contain the identifiable principal approach and substantive elements required by Grabify.

As a Project develops, additional alternatives, features, improvements, technical solutions, or other subject matter may emerge. Inventorship of patent claims is determined under applicable law based on the substantive human contributions to the claimed subject matter.

The use of AI does not by itself determine inventorship.

AI is the tool. You are the Inventor.

How We Share Commercial Success

Under Grabify's standard economic model, applicable actual Project Costs are first recovered from commercialization proceeds.

The remaining net commercialization proceeds represent the parties' agreed participation in the commercial value realized from the Project.

Grabify's most common sharing model is:

50%Inventor
50%Grabify

The specific economic arrangement for each Project is established in the Project Agreement.

Your Innovation and Financial Arrangement Are Protected From the Beginning

The initial submission requires non-confidential information only. If Grabify decides to proceed to a detailed evaluation, an appropriate NDA is executed before confidential information is requested.

Legal inventorship and contractual economic participation are separate matters.

As the innovation is further developed and enhanced through the Grabify Innovation Program, additional legally required co-inventors may emerge—for example, if a Grabify Project Specialist or another person makes an inventive contribution to subject matter ultimately claimed in a patent. The addition of any legally required co-inventor does not by itself alter the Inventor's agreed commercial arrangement, including, for example, 50%/50% participation, as established under the Project Agreement.

Compensation or economic arrangements relating to Grabify personnel, including the Grabify Project Specialist, are Grabify's responsibility.

The Inventor remains the Inventor for patent-law purposes with respect to subject matter the Inventor legally invented, and the Inventor's agreed commercial arrangement remains unchanged solely as a result of additional inventive contributions by other persons to subject matter ultimately claimed in a patent.
