Internal Confidentiality & Information Protection Policy
Grabify's Internal Confidentiality & Information Protection Policy, which reflects Grabify's commitment to incorporating confidentiality into its Corporate Governance framework and ensuring compliance with applicable legal and contractual obligations, is one of the fundamental components of Grabify's business model.
The Policy is designed to protect confidential and proprietary information relating to each innovation and provide clear and practical guidance for the handling of confidential information throughout the innovation transformation process within the Grabify Innovation Program.
The Policy governs how confidential innovation and Project information is received, accessed, used, stored, shared, protected, and managed at every stage of the Project lifecycle. Access is limited to authorized persons with a legitimate Project-related need for access and is subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and information-handling requirements.
Any confidential information obtained from an Inventor following execution of the applicable NDA is treated as confidential information and handled in accordance with Grabify's Corporate Governance framework, Internal Confidentiality & Information Protection Policy, applicable contractual confidentiality obligations, and established security and information-handling requirements.
Controlled Access to Confidential Project Information
Grabify maintains internal confidentiality and information-handling policies designed to control and limit access to confidential innovation and Project information to authorized persons with a legitimate Project-related need for access and to govern the handling, use, storage, sharing, and protection of such information throughout the Project lifecycle.
The Grabify Project Manager and Project Specialist are assigned to the Project in accordance with their respective Project responsibilities, and access to Project information is managed according to the requirements of their roles. The Project Manager, Project Specialist, and any other Grabify personnel granted access to confidential Project information are contractually obligated to comply with Grabify's Internal Confidentiality & Information Protection Policy and applicable confidentiality and information-handling requirements.
Where an Inventor is provided direct access to the Project's Dedicated Knowledge Workspace, that access is protected through appropriate enterprise-level identity and access controls and may include additional safeguards such as multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, network-access restrictions, session controls, and audit logging designed to limit access to the authorized Project environment and protect confidential Project information.
Protecting the confidentiality and proprietary character of every innovation entrusted to Grabify is a fundamental corporate responsibility. Grabify's Internal Confidentiality & Information Protection Policy establishes a comprehensive framework for safeguarding confidential innovation and Project information throughout the entire transformation process and is a fundamental component of the Grabify business model.

Accepted Projects operate within Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment, which provides the overall enterprise-secured environment within which confidential Project information is analyzed, researched, refined, developed, documented, and otherwise used in connection with the Grabify Innovation Program.
The environment incorporates enterprise-level security, confidentiality, governance, access-control, encryption and key-management, retention, auditability, and contractual protections designed for working with unpublished, potentially patentable, and commercially valuable innovations.
Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment is designed to provide the highest practical level of organizational control over confidential information by incorporating the most advanced security, confidentiality, and governance capabilities available through enterprise AI services—substantially exceeding the level of control appropriate for ordinary consumer AI services.
Enterprise-level protection of confidential Project information is a fundamental component of the Grabify Innovation Program.

Retention and deletion controls are used to manage how long confidential Project information remains within the AI environment and when it is removed.

Administrative, audit, and governance capabilities provide appropriate organizational visibility and control over the use of an environment handling confidential and commercially sensitive intellectual property.
Contractual Confidentiality & Data-Use Protections
Enterprise contractual protections govern the confidentiality, permitted access, processing, and use of confidential Project information by providers supporting Grabify's AI environment.
Protection From General Model Training
All submitted documents, including confidential Project information processed within Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment, are protected from use for training providers' general AI models.

A Dedicated Workspace for Each Project
Each accepted Project operates within its own Dedicated Knowledge Workspace inside Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment.
The Dedicated Knowledge Workspace provides the Project-specific environment in which the innovation and related Project information, research, analysis, documentation, patent-related materials, and other Project information are organized and used throughout the Innovation Program.
Each Project's Dedicated Knowledge Workspace is appropriately isolated from other Projects so that confidential information belonging to one Project is not made available to another Project merely because both operate within Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment.
Within the Dedicated Knowledge Workspace, Grabify's Enterprise-Secured AI capabilities are applied to support investigation, research, analysis, refinement, validation, documentation, and further development of the innovation.
Project-specific isolation is a fundamental component of Grabify's approach to protecting each innovation's confidential information independently from information associated with other Projects.
