Grabify is an innovation-development company created to help independent Inventors transform promising human-originated innovations into commercial value.
Independent Inventors may develop genuinely promising innovations but lack the financial resources, specialized know-how, advanced technologies, intellectual-property resources, and commercialization capabilities required to realize their commercial potential.
Grabify was created to bridge that gap.
For accepted Projects, Grabify combines its advanced AI technology, know-how, resources, and professional capabilities through its unique Innovation Program to further develop the innovation and enhance its technical, intellectual-property, and commercial value.

We seek to accomplish this by combining the Inventor's human-originated innovation with Grabify's investment and resources. Through the Grabify Innovation Program, these capabilities are applied to further develop your innovation, enhance its technical and intellectual-property value, obtain patent protection and, consequently, increase its commercial value through successful commercialization.
Our Resources
Grabify's resources include an advanced, enterprise-secured AI environment, patent-intelligence technologies, Project management, intellectual-property resources, commercialization capabilities, and professional expertise where appropriate.
Grabify applies and coordinates these resources according to the requirements and opportunities of each accepted Project.
Rather than applying a fixed development model, Grabify determines and coordinates the combination of resources appropriate to each Project as it develops. The resources applied may therefore evolve as new technical, intellectual-property, and commercial opportunities or requirements are identified.
This integrated approach enables Grabify to support the Project throughout its transformation process—from further development and evaluation of the innovation through intellectual-property protection and the pursuit of commercialization opportunities.

Advanced AI capabilities supporting research, analysis, refinement, validation, and documentation to further develop the innovation and enhance its technical, intellectual-property, and commercial value.

Grabify Project Manager oversight and management of the Project, including coordination of the resources and activities Grabify considers appropriate throughout the transformation process.

Intellectual-Property Resources
Resources for developing and implementing the Project's intellectual-property strategy, including patent protection in the United States and, where warranted, selected foreign jurisdictions.

Resources and capabilities for leading and managing the commercialization strategy and actively pursuing licensing, strategic partnerships, product development, market introduction, and other commercially appropriate opportunities.

Grabify works with unpublished, potentially patentable, and commercially valuable innovations. Protecting that information is therefore our main priority and fundamental to Grabify's business model.
Accepted Projects operate within Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment, with each Project operating within its own appropriately isolated Dedicated Knowledge Workspace.
The AI environment incorporates enterprise-level protections provided by leading AI providers, designed to provide the highest practical level of control over how confidential Project information is accessed, protected, retained, and deleted.
Enterprise AI Security
Enterprise-level protections designed to safeguard confidential Project information, including encryption and key-management controls, restricted access, data-retention controls, auditability, and contractual protections.
Dedicated Knowledge Workspace
Each accepted Project operates within its own Dedicated Knowledge Workspace inside Grabify's Dedicated Confidential AI Environment, appropriately isolated from other Grabify innovation projects.
